2 / History & Exam
Once you arrive, our doctor will have a conversation with you about your health story and may perform relevant physical, orthopedic, neurological, functional, and chiropractic exams.
3 / Report
Our doctor will discuss the findings in detail and recommend a care plan that you both agree on based on your goals, preferences, and values.
4/ Service
Depending on findings and consent:
a. You may start your care plan that same day
b. You may be referred for additional testing/evaluations
